COURSE TUITION A registration fee will be charged to the STUDENT. This fee includes all required instructional materials and must be paid prior to course completion.
COURSE SCHEDULE EDrivingCourse.com LLC dba DrivingQuest, hereafter referred to as the COURSE PROVIDER, offers a first-time driver education course. The course will be available to the STUDENT 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This availability may be affected by circumstances such as, but not limited to: system, site, or connectivity failure over which the course owner has no control.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE The COURSE PROVIDER prescribes minimum hardware and software requirements for completing the course. Minimum browser requirements include Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE) 11.0 or greater, Firefox, Google Chrome, or any other browsers that provide equal or greater functionality. In addition, the browser needs to be equipped with Macromedia Flash Player 10.0 or greater. This plugin is entirely free and is made available on http://www.adobe.com for download and installation. Our course content contains some modules and videos built using Flash. These components will not function on devices that do not support Flash, such as iPads and iPhones. We are working to update our course content to support iPad and iPhone devices. The browsers need to support Java and Javascript. The minimum hardware required should be able to support the software configuration listed above. The course requires the use of a pointing device such as a mouse. The course recommends that the hardware be equipped with speakers. All students will go through the software evaluation after registration, but prior to the start of the course.
COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATION POLICY The STUDENT agrees to complete all phases of the curriculum in order to receive a completion certificate. STUDENT may be required to pay fees to COURSE PROVIDER if, through no fault of COURSE PROVIDER, STUDENT requests a duplicate and/or reissue of the original certificate of completion.
CIRCUMVENTION WARNING The STUDENT agrees that he/she, and not any other person, will study the material in its entirety and complete the module quizzes and the final exam. It is illegal to attempt to circumvent this course or provide false information. If the COURSE PROVIDER discovers that the STUDENT has willfully misrepresented himself or has cheated, the STUDENT will be stopped from taking the course with no refund of the registration fees. In addition, the STUDENT may be prosecuted for perjury and other criminal acts punishable by law.
COURSE COMPLETION The STUDENT will have 365 days from COURSE START to successfully complete the course.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES If the STUDENT changes their mind about the course, a full refund will be provided within thirty (30) days of purchase, as long as a certificate of partial completion has NOT been issued. Refunds will only be issued if the course has not been completed. Refund requests will be processed within thirty (30) days.
PRIVACY STATEMENT The COURSE PROVIDER collects information from its users at several different points on the website. The COURSE PROVIDER will not use or sell this information to promote products or services unrelated to this course/product or in ways different from what is disclosed in the Privacy Statement. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Statement.
COMPLIANCE WITH CTIA GUIDELINES AND STATE-SPECIFIC PRIVACY LAWS As a business owner and message sender, You are responsible for creating a privacy policy that complies with CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) guidelines and any state-specific privacy laws. These laws may require obtaining express consent before sending certain types of messages, including marketing communications. You are responsible for ensuring that all communications sent through the Services comply with these regulations, including obtaining the necessary permissions from recipients for message delivery.

Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies based on communication needs. Recurring messages are approximately once per month. You will receive messages approximately once per month or as needed based on your interactions with our services. Our messages may include updates and important information about your relationship with us.
